Board of Directors

Hon. Derrick J. Robinson - Chairman  

• The Chairman shall be the Chief Executive Officer and shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and its Executive Committee Board. 

Hon. Alonzo Jacobs - Treasurer

• The Treasurer shall be responsible for conducting the financial affairs of the organization as directed and authorized by the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and shall make reports of corporate finances as required. 

Joynal Muthleb - Secretary

• The Secretary shall be responsible for correspondence related to the Board of Directors, including notice of meetings and minutes from meetings. Furthermore, the Secretary shall have the authority to certify any records, or copies of records, as the official organization records.

Kirkland Vaughans, PhD. - Member 

 

Executive Committee

Louis Daniels, Jr. - Executive Director 

• The Executive Director shall be the chief executive member over the Board. The Executive Director oversees all KYC Inc. operations and programs. 

Dr. Pamela Allen - Director of Operations

• The Director of Operations shall oversee the infrastructure of KYC Inc. operations and programs including, but not limited to, technology acquisition and implementation, communications systems, and program supplies.

Kimshea Moore - Secretary

• The Secretary shall give notice of all meetings of the Executive Committee, shall keep an accurate list of the committee members, and shall have the authority to certify any records, or copies of records, as the official records of the organization. The Secretary shall maintain the minutes of the Executive Committee meetings. 

Chava Blitzer - GED Liaison 

• The Director of Academic Affairs shall establish curriculum content and method of execution. 

Cynthia Ngombe - Public Relations

• The Public Relations coordinator manages strategic communication for KYC to the public to maintain or cultivate public image and assist and raising funds.
